Dear Sir/Madam,
HHA Associates Sdn Bhd (HHA) is a Petronas Licensed Contractor for the
PROVISION OF PAN MALAYSIA OFFSHORE MAINTENANCE, CONSTRUCTION, MODIFICATION (MCM) AND HOOK UP & COMMISSIONING (HUC) SERVICES FOR MUBADALA ENERGY (SK320) LTD.
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the submission of bid proposals for the above.
Please find attached ITB documents.
The Technical & Commercial proposal shall be submitted in separated file
The Closing Date and Time for this submission is on FRI (10-4-2025) by or before 1200 hrs.
Please READ the tender submission instructions as below:
- The PROPOSAL shall be submitted in two (2) separate file :
- TECHNICAL AND UNPRICED COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL
BIDDER shall submit via email. No Commercial Value is allowed. Failure may result in Bidder disqualification.
- COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL
**Bidders are strictly required to set a password for the commercial proposals to ensure the confidentiality of the pricing prior to technical clearance. Bidder are not allowed to provide the password during proposal submission. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
**Any non-compliance submission shall be disqualified without prior notice.
Note: Any communication or correspondence during bidding stage, please reply to this email.
